Internet Patient Registration System

Internet Patient Registration is an application that makes it possible for a patient to make a reservation for a doctor’s appointment through website.

This application is very simple and intuitive. A patient enters a website of a medical centre and then moves to a medical registration panel. In this panel, the patient chooses a specialization and a date of planned appointment by using a menu. As a result, the patient receives on a website a schedule with the working hours of the specialized doctors from the domain that he/she has chosen. Next, the patient clicks on one of the free dates shown on the schedule and gives his data. After sending the information, this chosen date in a schedule becomes taken. A registering woman receives an email with the data given by the patient. The patient receives a confirmation email.
